Vision
Natural, climate-oriented and man-made disasters can reduce the harmful effects of the population; However, poor and destitute will be given priority in this work.
Mission
Converting overall risk reduction activities to disaster management from previous traditional disaster relief and relief activities, so that the loss of life and property is accompanied by a tolerable level of population.
